Oceanview home with some nice updates and a suite! Would make an excellent revenue property or live in the upstairs and enjoy the beautiful ocean views and collect great income from the in law suite. The roof was done in 2016, windows in 2010 and the natural gas furnace is only 1 year old. On the main level there are 3 beds and 1 bath, it's own laundry, and a huge deck off the kitchen where you can entertain and enjoy the views.
